I am working as a IC designer in the Global HQ of ARM Ltd., as well as, doing research in University of Cambridge. My job is designing ultra high speed and high desity SRAM for the next generation mobile CPUs, and my research is focus on flexible electronics.
I am working in ARM on very-large-scale integration (VLSI) circuit design based on 14nm/16nm FinFET technology. And in Cambridge University, I focuses on developing flexible electronics based on metal oxide thin film transistors. Before living in Cambridge, I did researches in Institute of Chemistry (CAS), National Center for Nanoscience & Technology, National Taiwan University and USTB. I am the president of Cambridge University Chinese Innovation & Entrepreneurship Club (CUCIEC), and core member of several Cambridge societies. I am also an active reviewer for Electron Device Letters, Transactions on Electron Devices and Journal of Display Technology. I have been the member of the Educational Board and the Student Affairs Committee of Jesus College in the University of Cambridge.
