BIO:

Junhao Zhang is the Chief Investment Officer of Cambridge Newton Capital, Head Teacher of the Newton College, Mentor of Cambridge VenturED, and the Vice President of Cambridge University Algorithmic Trading Society. 

Before becoming an entrepreneur, he has worked as the Vice President of Engineering in ULSee - an AI Startup with a valuation of more than $500 million in 2017 invested by Softbank, SIG China, etc. He has also worked as a VLSI Design Engineer in Arm, finished the 11nm, 14nm, 16nm, 22nm, etc memory design projects.

Junhao has also spent a long time in academics. He is an active reviewer of Electron Device Letters, Transactions on Electron Devices, Journal of Display Technology, etc. He did his Ph.D. in Cambridge University as a Sun Hung Kai Foundation Cambridge Scholar, honorable CSC Cambridge International Scholar, and honorable Cambridge Overseas Trust Scholar, on the EU FP7 ORAMA project with an overall budget of over 13 million.

Before coming to the UK, Junhao did researchs in Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Center for Nanoscience and Technology of China, National Taiwan University, and USTB.

Junhao is the Award Winner of the 2019 Big Ben Award, 2020 Volunteer Award in Conservative Friends of the Chinese, First Prize Winner of Undergraduate Physical Experiment Competition of Beijing, be invited by the State Council of the People's Republic of China to attending a leadership program in Tsinghua University.

张君豪先生, 现任Cambridge Newton Capital首席投资官, 剑桥大学量化交易协会副主席, Cambridge VenturED风险投资策略导师. 自2015年1月起, 其在英国设立投资机构Cambridge Newton Capital, 专注于全球多市场股票价值投资, 及基于机器学习的量化策略研发, 拥有丰富的资金管理经验, 并对科技发展及科技股投资有独到见解. 

创业前, 其是ULSee公司的工程副总裁, 负责公司的产品策略及创新研发, 主要有AI视觉, 人工智能芯片, 自动3D建模等. ULSee是一家2017年估值为5亿美金的人工智能公司, 投资方包括Softbank, SIG China等.  之前, 其在Arm公司全球总部,从事芯片设计研发工作, 完成了11nm, 14nm, 16nm, 22nm等多款尖端SRAM芯片的设计工作, 被广泛运用于手机等各类最新的电子设备中. 2018年全年, Arm芯片的出货量为229亿片.

学术上, 其是Electron Device Letters; Transactions on Electron Devices; Journal of Display Technology等国际顶级期刊的活跃审稿人. 

作为优秀旅英华人, 其获得了2019年大本钟奖, 2020年英国保守党华人之友志愿者奖, 并被国务院侨办邀请参加于清华大学举办的海外中青年侨领研习班.

张君豪先生,于2012年, 被剑桥大学电子工程系和物理系卡文迪许实验室, 两个项目及5个奖学金同时录取. 在剑桥大学全奖攻读博士期间, 导师为Arokia Nathan院士, 参与了欧盟第七框架计划项目"后硅基电子时代的氧化物半导体"(EU FP7 ORAMA), 项目研究总花费为1.34千万欧元. 期间任剑桥大学耶稣学院董事会成员(Educational Board), 剑桥大学纳米科技协会秘书长. 2013年与剑桥MBA同学一起, 创立剑桥中国商业学会, 力图推进中英间的商务合作交流, 邀请了王石等演讲嘉宾. 2014年, 创立剑桥大学中国创新创业俱乐部, 试图引领在英中国学生的创业思潮.

赴英前, 其师从中科院化学所李永舫院士(本科毕业设计导师)与朱道本院士(所在实验室主任), 也曾在国家纳米科学中心(保研目的地), 国立台湾大学(大三交换生), 北京科技大学做过课题. 领导了一个国家级本科生科技创新项目(导师张跃院士), 成果在北京市大学生物理实验竞赛(一等奖), ”北斗杯”全国青少年科技创新大赛, 北京发明创新大赛, ”摇篮杯”课外学术科技作品竞赛等多项大赛中获奖. 参与了中华人民共和国国庆60周年大阅兵的组织工作. 带领过一个北京市社会实践优秀团队, 并获北京市社会实践优秀成果.
